Opinion on the company 2

I never write reviews, I don’t know why. I thought it was a useless task and gratitude is always enough.
But the phrase “we do not abandon our clients” and how responsibly they approached my consultation on resolving the issue with the employer struck me.
I was asked to send all available information, documents, asked questions and clearly explained (3 times!!! absolutely calm voice giving examples, as well as explaining the position of the employer honestly and without embellishment) that would have reached me exactly, the entire algorithm that I will have to go through. But the main thing that he carried the idea that you should never bring the situation to a conflict, you need to be able to negotiate. They explained everything to the smallest detail (even how to send a letter by mail to the second party).
And for that, I am very, very grateful. After 4 days, the situation, which lasted a month, was resolved in my favor, but I also gave in a little (on the advice).
