After a first experience at Moisand Boutin et Associés, Sabine Larmonier participated for fifteen years as an associate and then as a partner in the creation and development of Sygna Partners. She will develop the merger acquisition/corporate law/restructuring department and then a sector of social and solidarity economy law by assisting in particular impact entrepreneurs, associations, foundations and mutuals in their creation and development and consolidation operations. With 20 years of experience, she chose in 2021 to join ASKOLDS to put her skills at the service of SMEs/ mid-caps, social entrepreneurs and non-profit organizations.
